Refunds and Exchanges
Standard Returns - Should you wish to return your blanket or bedding purchase, please notify us within 14 days. We will be happy to offer you a full refund for up to 30 days. If 30 days or more have passed since you purchased your blanket, throw, linen bedding or scarf purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We will exchange any goods up to 30 days after purchase. Because of the nature of blankets and bed linen, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. A credit will be applied to your credit / debit card or original method of payment within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you don't think you received your refund, please double check your account in the first instance. For credit card purchases, please contact your credit card company, it may take a time before your refund is cleared by your credit card company. For debit card purchases please contact your bank. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received at Tolly HQ you can choose an exchange item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return (we recommend Royal Mail Second Class signed for as the most economical & safest option) or purchasing shipping insurance. Once the item is back within our possession we will process the exchange or refund.
