If your luxury wool throw, blanket, picnic rug, scarf or towel bundle is needed for Christmas, help us make sure you receive it on time by choosing the best shipping option.

CRIMBO LIMBO SHIPPING

We are taking orders but not shipping items between 25th December - 29th December. Anything ordered in this time will be shipped from 30th December onwards. Any item ordered that is not in stock will be shipped upon the re-opening of our mill after New Year. We will contact you if we anticipate any delay with your order. 

CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS

If the throw, blanket, sheepskin rug, hammam towel bundle, wrap or scarf that you bought are gifts, we will accept exchange requests on all Christmas gifts until 8th January. Please notify us as soon as possible that you will be returning an item and let us know what you would like to swap it for so we can put it aside for you.

STANDARD RETURNS

We know that when buying throws, blankets or bedding for the home online, when they arrive with you they sometimes aren't quite the right colour or texture so we employ a no quibble returns policy for your peace of mind.

If you want to return your product for any reason, we will happily exchange or refund so long as you notify us within 14 days of purchase, and the item is returned unused, in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
