Returns
Should you wish to return your blanket or bedding purchase, please notify us within 14 days. We will be happy to offer you a full refund for up to 30 days. If 30 days or more have passed since you purchased your blanket, throw, linen bedding or scarf purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. We will exchange any goods up to 30 days after purchase. Because of the nature of blankets and bed linen, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. 
Refunds 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. A credit will be applied to your credit / debit card or original method of payment within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you don't think you received your refund, please double check your accounts in the first instance. For credit card purchases, please contact your credit card company, it may take a time before your refund is cleared by your credit card company. For debit card purchases please contact your bank. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but we will happily exchange these. Items bought using a promotional code are considered 'regular priced' items and will be refunded as such.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received at Tolly HQ, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Alternatively, you can choose an exchange item.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and until it is back within our possession, we cannot be held responsible for it.
